Video Production Technician
Eliza Hemenway studied photography at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston with Tufts University and earned her MA in media studies from New College of California, with an emphasis on documentary filmmaking. She founded and directed the Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival, was a film reviewer for KRCB-FM, and has worked professionally creating photography and video content for organizations such as the City of Santa Rosa, the Redwood Empire Food Bank, San Francisco SPCA, the Arnold Arboretum, and more. In addition, Eliza has produced and directed independent documentary films which have screened at various film festivals and venues including the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Roxie Film Center, San Francisco Public Library, and more. She has also written and published a creative nonfiction book and her photography has been exhibited widely. She is experienced in all aspects of photography and video production, from pre-production to post.
