About

Romus Reece is a lecturer of video post-production in the department of Communication & Media Studies at Sonoma State University. He is also a professor of Video and Media Arts at Contra Costa College, focusing on video pre-production, production, post-production, and screenwriting. Reece has worked in commercial video production and post-production for 20 years, producing and editing music videos, industrial videos, and short documentaries. He has been teaching digital and multimedia for more than a decade, including video editing and post-production, field and studio production, screenwriting, graphic animation, special effects, 3D modeling, Photoshop, and Art Appreciation. Reece specializes in creating compelling narrative through multimedia content construction. Reece received his MAS in Film & Media Studies from Arizona State University and his BA in Communications from UCLA.
