As you may remember, I was a COMS major last year. I’m now working with the National Academy of Athletics, and we’re currently looking for an intern in the area of Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media.

All interns participate in the NAofA Certified Training Program, attend a goal-setting session with our CEO & Founder, Aaron Locks, and work closely with managers (area captains) in their field of focus. The program is hands-on and designed to align with higher education goals, with flexible duration (2–4 months) and potential to earn 1–4 college credits depending on program selection.

Specifically, we are hoping to find someone who is social media savvy, creative, and excited to contribute to our brand initiatives. This intern would have the opportunity to go out to our program sites, film and create content, and help expand our outreach and engagement.

The Public Relations & Marketing Internship provides students the chance to learn what it takes to promote, market, and advertise a growing business. This includes working with social media, developing digital strategies, conducting market research, and gaining hands-on experience in advertising, PR, content creation, media relations, and more. Interns also receive mentoring, training, and networking opportunities.
