Spring 2025 Social Media Intern – Napa Valley StreamFest as well as an Event Planning Intern (hybrid--mostly remote until closer to the festival). This is an unpaid opportunity but with an opportunity to jumpstart your career in the entertainment industry.

Where Streaming Content Comes to Life!
Napa Valley StreamFest is a 4-day celebration of all things streaming, featuring screenings, discussions, panels, and legendary parties. We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help promote the festival and increase its visibility leading up to the event! And we are also looking for an event planning intern to help us plan the festival. These internships are mostly remote until the festival itself.
Social Media Intern
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote the festival.
- Increase visibility by engaging with followers, influencers, and content creators.
- Help build excitement with pre-event campaigns, teasers, and special promotions.
- Assist with live coverage during the festival, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, panels, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for streaming content and social media.
- Creative thinker with experience creating eye-catching, shareable content.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage online communities.
- Familiarity with social media trends and analytics.
What You’ll Gain:

Event Intern
What You’ll Do:
- For events, it would be helping to create a detailed to-do list
- researching musicians, food vendors, and photo booths
- putting together pricing and availability for our events
- working with our executive director and events manager to help plan the events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for streaming content and event planning
- Organized and reliable
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Familiarity with events is a plus or willingness and eagerness to learn
