THE INTERNSHIP

The content creator & associate writer will help plan and produce engaging web content for Setlist.FM and other Live Nation O&O properties and initiatives. A passion for music, data and a “can do” approach are musts. 

 

Program Dates: May 28 – August 8, 2025

 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Write 5-10 blogs weekly based on music news and site traffic data

  • Assist Editorial Director in managing the editorial calendar

  • Contribute ideas in weekly editorial meetings and brainstorm sessions

  • Research and fact-check

  • Interview artists

  • Generate creative ideas based on site analytics and social trends

 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate 

  • A passion for live music and thirst for knowledge surrounding the live music industry

  • Some experience writing – blogs, tweets, short-form is fine

  • Demonstrate excitement to brainstorm and contribute in weekly editorial meetings

  • Open to and comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback

  • Carry out all assignments in an organized and timely manner
