Gary Marsh and Marsh Marketing
Internship title: Social Media Campaign Manager

The job is remote, though we would meet in person at the campus to interview each other and determine if this is a good fit for intern and sponsor.
Primary tasks and goals: Gary Marsh is a writer and for more than 30 years, a marketing and public relations consultant and former corporate communications manager for a New York-based, international commercial real estate services company. A journalist by training, he was a staff reporter at the Silicon Valley Business Journal and freelance contributor to numerous magazines.
The primary objective of the internship is to design, launch and execute a social media campaign for the launch of Gary’s new book, In Between Drinks – Beaches, Bars and Other Stories (www.inbetweendrinksthebook.
The alternative social media support the intern will provide is for Marsh Marketing’s LinkedIn page, and also; TBD, for Marsh Marketing clients (they are both residential and commercial real estate professionals and companies – local and in other U.S. states).
Additional benefits and considerations for seeking this internship:
The intern would be mentored by a leading marketing and communications consultant in the region, and in the U.S. in the industry sector of commercial real estate.
At the student-intern’s discretion, Gary’s mentoring would be available for as long as the intern wishes.
If the intern is interested, there is likely ongoing work (paid) supporting the initial campaign, plus serving some of Gary’s clients and contacts. All future work would be virtual.
If the intern does the job well, Gary would be a potential referral source for employment after graduation.
