My name is Tracy Bays-Boothe, and I am the Managing Director of the Marin Cultural Association (MCA), the nonprofit partner of the Marin County Department of Cultural Services. MCA works to support and strengthen arts and culture throughout Marin County by helping expand resources, access, participation, and opportunities for connection and collaboration.
I’m reaching out because we are currently recruiting college students for our Spring 2027 Arts Education and Grants & Development internships.
Our internships provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience while allowing flexibility around their academic schedules and professional interests. Interns work approximately 10 hours per week, with remote and hybrid options available.
MCA is committed to creating a meaningful learning experience for each intern, and we are happy to tailor projects to support each student’s individual interests, goals, and professional development, including academic credit when available through their college or university. Please note that MCA internships are unpaid, and applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program to be considered.
The application deadline for Spring 2027 is
November 15, 2026. Students can learn more and apply at
marincultural.org/jobs-in-the-arts and the internship opportunities are also posted on
Handshake.
